Kulinarischer Stamm bei ProTable St. Gallen

Ein gelungener Abend, der Genuss und Geselligkeit auf besondere Weise verband. Unser Gallus-Stamm führte uns zu ProTable in der St. Galler Altstadt, einem Ort, an dem Tischkultur und Kulinarik aufeinandertreffen.

ProTable öffnete für uns die Türen zu einer Welt, in der die Leidenschaft für gutes Essen und der Sinn für Ästhetikspürbar verschmelzen. In stilvollem Ambiente durften wir die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Cyrill und seiner Familieerleben, die uns mit viel Engagement und Freude durch den Abend begleiteten. Nach einem feinen Apéro mit hauseigenem Wein genossen wir ein klassisches Fondue, begleitet von besonderen Weinempfehlungen.

Während des Abends blieb Zeit für anregende Gespräche und den Austausch in entspannter Atmosphäre, genau das, was unsere Rotaract-Abende auszeichnet. Besonders geschätzt wurde auch die Offenheit, mit der Cyrill Fragen zu den ausgestellten Produkten beantworteten und Einblicke in ihre Leidenschaft für hochwertige Tischkultur gaben.

Wir danken ProTable St. Gallen herzlich für die Einladung, die persönliche Betreuung und die Möglichkeit, einen so genussvollen Abend in ihrem Haus zu verbringen. Ein Anlass, der uns in bester Erinnerung bleibt und einmal mehr gezeigt hat, dass Gastfreundschaft, gutes Essen und anregende Gespräche die schönsten Verbindungen schaffen.

An Evening of Culinary Delight at ProTable St. Gallen

A wonderful evening that beautifully combined enjoyment and conviviality. Our “Gallus-Stamm” gathering led us to ProTable in the old town of St. Gallen, a place where table culture and culinary art come together.

ProTable opened its doors to us, revealing a world where a passion for fine dining and a sense of aesthetics seamlessly merge. In an elegant setting, we enjoyed the warm hospitality of Cyrill and his family, who guided us through the evening with great enthusiasm and joy. After a delightful apéro featuring their own house wine, we savored a classic fondue, complemented by carefully selected wine recommendations.

The evening allowed plenty of time for stimulating conversations and relaxed exchange, exactly what defines our Rotaract evenings. Especially appreciated was Cyrill’s openness in answering questions about the displayed products and his insights into their passion for refined table culture.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to ProTable St. Gallen for the invitation, the personal attention, and the opportunity to spend such a delightful evening in their venue. An event that will remain fondly in our memories and once again showed how hospitality, good food, and inspiring conversations create the most meaningful connections.
